By accessing or using Therapist Resource Builder ("TRB"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

TRB provides AI-assisted clinical resource generation tools for licensed mental health professionals. All outputs are clinical aids only and do not replace professional judgment.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be a licensed mental health professional or supervised associate to use TRB. By signing up, you confirm you hold appropriate credentials for your jurisdiction.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

  • All plans include a 14-day free trial
  • No charge until trial ends
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Cancellations must be requested via email to support@therapistresourcebuilder.com
  • No refunds - access continues through current billing period

    You agree to use TRB outputs only within your scope of practice and to review all AI-generated content before clinical use.

    6. CLINICAL DISCLAIMER

    TRB outputs are clinical aids only. They do not constitute professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions.

    7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    TRB and its content are owned by Robertson Enterprises LLC. Generated resources are yours to use in your practice.

    8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    TRB is not liable for any clinical outcomes resulting from use of generated resources.
